Based on tracking information, the item was not shipped until I entered a complaint with eBay after the delivery time had passed (which seemed very long for an item coming from within the US to begin with) and only the shipping label was created, but the shopper had not received the item yet. There was no follow up communication from the seller about the delay, I just saw in the tracking the the package was finally in transit
