Had to "clean printhead" twice, then took off the tiny sticker on the back of the printhead (which did not cover any contacts), after which the print was OK. Still not satisfied, as print cartridges keep getting loose and you do not hear the characteristic click when you push them in, even if you do it with some force. I had to push them in several times until it looked like they were set in place.

I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.
