After a few days with no reply and no shipment, I asked to cancel the order. Seller canceled without hesitation. No pushback at all. Seller is a very slow shipper and a very poor communicator although I have purchased from them before and all packages do eventually get to you in the condition stated by the buyer. I think they are a small business. I will do business with seller again.

This is my first KastKing product and the quality is significantly better than I assumed and the reel also looks better than I thought it would. ESPECIALLY when I paid over $16 and the item i recived is $8.49 retail anywhere! Took forever to be sent out as well. Just BAD
