        Ok came with broken off tail. Seller keeps saying you seen the pictures. Seller says he wasn't aware item was broken but claims I should have because it's pictured. So im to know but he isn't. This makes no sense. He offered no resolution, kept referring to the pictures. Yet no description. Horrible way to handle a customer. Iasked for partial refund. Just respond the pictures show everything. Not cool
