    A five-star scale is insufficient to reward an online shop that cares enough about customers' needs and satisfaction as to be willing to still offer and source a $3.00 part at OEM price. As is only fair, indeed we reimbursed appropriate shipping and handling, but that Subaru of the Rockies in Denver transacted with us in Maine as if we were walk-in Parts Department customers was marvelous. Clearly a modern company with old-time values!
