    Lost file

    I purchased this product much the same as I do every year for Turbo Tax because I love the program and feel very confidant in using it. The only BUT with this file is that, I filed my return and when I went to pull in the efile to update the status of the return, the file was gone!! I cannot find my return anywhere. For that reason, I gave it three stars. :(

    TurboTax

    I’m a HR Block tax user but I tried TT this year. One, TT did not import my tax data as it stated leaving me to manually input the data. The TT interface is less user friendly than HR’s and makes finding the proper forms to input data a little task. TT is more powerful, for my situation, and was able to input data from my K-1s. When using HR last year, I had to over-ride some fields to get the information in BUT overridden fields prevents electronic filing so that experience led me to try TT. As far as the eBay vendor performance is concerned. The software was delivered within a week of ordering and was received in perfect condition and 30% cheaper than what Costco (and probably other stores) were charging.

    I use turbo tax every year and just purchased this download to do my sister's taxes and product will not activate!

    I got as far as activating the product and then it would not let me type in my code!

    Long time user

    I've been using this software to do my taxes for over 10 years. Have not had any problems but for the 2020 issue with form 5695. Otherwise, very dependable and easy to use.
