No way to reset the switch to defaults as it has no other reset mechanism externally on the switch. I had no prior experience with this model & it is a complex switch. it would be useful to provide more information and a comprehensive check of the hardware before shipment even if the cost needs to be increased to facilitate this. Refund processed very quickly A+ for that.

Seller replied that they have a 2 day despatch so it was eventually posted on the Monday and received on Wednesday. It was also free delivery so was not bad .
