There was earwax not only in the earbuds, but also down in the case. I really don’t understand why if you were gonna sell something used as new you wouldn’t at least clean it. The charger is also weird and falls out of the charging hole which doesn’t seem right, my last pair which wasn’t the +, the charger went all the way in the hole. Case also had scuffs. They did refund my money before they shipped it after I called them out on it. I hate scammers.
