Contacted seller immediately who offered to send another one out. I stated I didn't know if I'd get same thing so requested a refund. I was told would give me only 60% back, questioned since I didn't get what I paid for why not full amt. back. He stated EBay rules. I paid a total $30.77 but only getting $12.42, not even 50% back. Will never buy from this seller again.
