When I was unplugging it, it broke where the plug connects to the chassis, rendering it useles. This really shakes my faith in this company because this is such an obvious design flaw, you have to wonder where else they cut corners. The latches that hold onto the metal body are plastic (apparently weak plastic). It's disgraceful. Seller was fine and shipped quickly, this is more the manufacturers fault.
