My only gripe is that the package had absolutely zero package protection. It was just wrapped in paper in a plastic bag and thrown in a box. It doesn't look damaged, but I'm not happy how it was sent. PLEASE for the future put some bubble wrap in the box or the plastic air filled pillows or anything for that matter. Absolutely unacceptable to send a car part like this. I will be weary of any future purchases.

Ordering the wrong sized bushing was entirely my fault but they seem compelled to refund me. I'm grateful folks like this still exist in this world.
