A book that does not look new and has been read but is in excellent condition. No obvious damage to the cover, with the dust jacket (if applicable) included for hard covers. No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Some confusion over description as to whether it was "new" with factory wrapping just removed, or actually "like new." To me, it appears to be "like new"--the discs and inserts are spotless, although all inserts have yellowed with age. However, the numerous scratches on the outside of the case indicate that it was not actually new nor just removed from the wrapping. Still, price was great, communication was quick and friendly, and I'm happy.
