    I have not tried it yet but the package arrived completely destroyed. No outer packaging. It was held together with layers of tape. This is what it looked like before someone taped it all together. I hope it still works.

    Hi, regret to see what happened. As the winch is very heavy, it appears the courier didn't move it corrently which led to the damage. We'll upgrade and improve the package further to avoid the same issue in the future. Can you please check and confirm if the winch and accessories inside are still good or anything is missing?
