    So the packaging was amazing, but my only downside is the seller took forever to ship the product. Label was created for 7 days before they even shipped it out. Messages multiple times to the seller but no response or anything at all. Wasn’t delivered within the normal shipping time and had to wait a week longer. Only good thing was the product was securely packaged and was tightly sealed.

    Worth the cost of the item

    Purchased a power cord plugged it into the wall and into the T25 modem. After the first 3 lights lit up, I called up my service provider and gave them the MAC numbers on the back of the modem. It took a while to get it activated but it eventually got connected and it works like a charm. Delighted!!!!

    ARRIS versus Xfinity, Xfinity finally won?

    Xfinity had significant issues in getting this to come online. All of their apps to activate non Comcast modems failed miserably. It took hours and hours over several days and finally visits from their technicians to get it close to working. However they fixed the voice on this modem and then the internet failed. Another long phone tree and another advanced technician finally resolved this issue. The modem itself is not the problem it is Xfinity and the claim that this is "supported" is dubious.

    EASY AND SIMPLE

    SUPER EASY SETUP. I HAD NO ISSUES WITH INSTALLATION OR ACTIVATION. AFTER ACTIVATING ONLINE WHICH WAS VERY SIMPLE EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT AND MY INTERTNET IS MUCH FASTER THAN I HAD WITH MY XFINITY UNIT PLUS I LOVE THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE RENTAL FEE TO XFINITY ANYMORE. I WOULD SAY MONEY WELL SPENT. THE ONLY THING TO KNOW IS YOU DO HAVE TO ADD A ROUTER FOR WIFI BUT I AM SO MUCH HAPPIER THIS WAY AND IT WON'T TAKE LONG TO PAY FOR ITSELF.

    Excellent telephony capable DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem for xfinity connections

    I always purchase my cable modems rather than pay xfinity the usurious rental fees they charge. We have xfinity "triple play" so I need a telephony capable cable modem. I checked xfinity's website and learned this ARRIS T25 is on their list of approved modems. I had been using a DOCSIS 3.0 modem and wanted to upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.1. Installation was easy and just involved calling xfinity and giving them the MTA MAC address that is printed on the modem. I buy my cable modems on eBay because I find I always get my best prices there.

    Pays for itself. Easy activation!

    It took a bit of time to arrive. But worth the wait. The rental cost from Xfinity is 14.50 per month. I did buy a separate wireless modem, so all in My cost is 170.00. so I'll recoup my cost in just about a year. Useful life is about 4 years. Anyhow, quick and easy to setup on the Xfinity website. Follow the prompts enter the MAC address, and you're good to go. Very happy.
