No box or protection of any kind. When I reach out to seller they tried to tell me they could send a replacement head from china that would take 3 weeks. I said that was unacceptable. Then they shipped a replacement out right away. Asked me to cancel the return 10 times before it arrived. It came & I received a smashed jewelry box. No doll.
