Seller sold me items from two different stores they run. They mixed up the packages and I got confused as they didnt arrive at the same time. I contacted the seller with pictures and the response I got was awful (see attached). I ended up getting all my items, and they were in good condition. But the behavior in the response was terrible, they made a mistake and couldn't own up to it. If something goes wrong don't count on any help.

I only run 1 store. Now, put yourself in my position. Someone orders a high dollar item, then claims you didn't send it while providing a picture of an item you have literally never had in your possession. Does the reply make sense now seen through the lens of someone being severely scammed?
