    Before I state the positives, I want to state that the "neutral" star level for shipping time is the fault of the USPS, not the seller. Even when this happens, I try to give an accurate assessment of shipping time. The seller did ship this item promptly and it was well packaged to protect it. The item is exactly as pictured and described. This is a discontinued product from Yves Rocher, and I was thrilled to find someone still had it and was offering it at a reasonable price.
