The ears I received were dented, and the tags were simply looped around one of the ears and the battery tag was missing. The seller then told me I must have switched the item and sent pictures of old ears. LIES! The seller did not accept returns but had 100% satisfaction. So I thought I was safe. WRONG! I've been duped. I stated that as long as the Battery Pull Tab was still in place for this electronic item, that I would be happy to accept a return, you removed it. The accusations in your message are inconsistent and you are still yet to send me a clear photo of the "damage" you refer to.
