Item arrived in a black bubble mailer, within which a resealable team bag was secured to the interior by a piece of painter s tape. In the team bag were two hard plastic toploaders sandwiching the cards, all stored in penny sleeves. In the future please contact the seller before leaving feedback if you have an issue. This was shipped out in Near Mint condition (I opened the product myself) and it looks like both of them were damaged in the same spot based on the image. This was most likely damaged in transit by USPS. If you want to return the cards please open a return and we can take care of it there, otherwise there's not much we can do as it was outside of our hands. My order did arrive 3 days later than expected, but the seller was quick to respond to questions when prompted, and provided updates when asked. I have to give 4 stars overall, though, because of how unnecessarily frustrating it was to deal with eBay’s ESUS service, not anything the seller did. I hope the seller will consider offering customers the option to pay for USPS Ground shipping directly. But one message, and they gave me the option of a refund, or to have the missing card shipped. I chose to have the missing card shipped & it arrived in a couple days.
