    Disappointed by customer service: With over 623K items sold and a 99%+ rating, I expected the customer service to reflect that level of professionalism. Before purchasing, I confirmed that the item was brand new. However, the stand arrived used (see attached photos). I had to go through the hassle of proving this, and after days, only one part replacement was offered— only if I returned the current one first. That means unable to use system while they correcting their mistake.
