Item was described as new in box. Seller would/could not ship the needed insert and was going to charge restocking fee upon return. We agreed for partial refund however k then had to go and purchase a sole insert for the shoe. More hassle than desired. Please note that this item was sold as "New in Box," and our pre-shipment inspection confirmed the pristine condition. Despite this, and in our commitment to providing excellent customer service, we offered a goodwill credit of 40% off the item's purchase price.
