The DVD set is not only about SNL but iconic history of modern music and modern culture. 5 discs cover almost all pop and rock musicians of 25 years, just in Volume 1 are iconic performances by Tina Turner, Queen, Mick Jagger, Grateful Dead, Billy Joel, Ray Charles, Carly Simon, Patti Smith, Talking Heads, Elvis Costello, the rest 4 volumes not even mentioned. Buy it and savor it.
