Slight nicks were visible, as expected. The device worked perfectly for a short while; however, less than 24 hours after receiving the device, the hard drive began malfunctioning, and the device was no longer stable, unable to properly hold songs/sync to a computer. I had already planned on replacing the hard drive, however I would've liked to use it while waiting for the replacement drive.

As an additional comment, this Roku had a problem with the temperature that has already been resolved. I clarify, this Roku model is functional but after certain days in which it was on all day the LED flashes indicating as a high temperature signal. I recommend the seller and their products.
