    Item was well packed externally with cardboard and parcel wrapping materials, deliver was quick, postage was reasonable & item was as described, only minor issue was some small loose parts which were found loose in the box, think these may have been parts that fell off the spruce in transit- wrapping the spruces in a plastic bag and sealing it might have been useful. Price was fair so overall pleased.
