      item although marked as delivered by royal mail has never arrived. there is no blame to be attributed to the seller and there is very little he can do, he communicated and was very helpful and sympathetic, unless royal mail find it, nothing can be done. i would use this seller again and unfortunately i have no choice with royal mail if i want to continue using ebay. thats in the balance at the moment.
