      Item shipped quickly, the item was described as "new in the box" and upon receiving it, the tractor seat was missing and the box had some kind of spots on both the inside and outside. I contacted the seller and he stated the seat was attached when he took the picture and stated the item was several years old; hence the spotty box. I feel the seller should have been more direct in the listing with the condition of the box and the seat.
