        Wonderful tribute to a masterpiece.

        Wonderful packaging like all of the 40th Anniversary "booksets".....great insights and recollections in the extensive liner notes. The 5.1 mix gives a whole new assessment of this masterpiece. Tull fans will treasure owning this tribute to one of THE great Prog Rock pieces. The shipment was placed in an package with more than sufficient packing. Very pleased....

        Nice package with the illustrated booklet but surprisingly, the 5.1 sound is not very good. Nothing to compare with Aqualung.

        It is hard to qualify a sound but I would say that even if it is a 5.1 mix, it feels like a stereo mix. I have been very impressed with Steven Wilson 5.1 mix of Yes, Gentle Giant and Jethro Tull's Aqualung so I was expecting something similar. That version is hard to find, pretty expensive, not many extras, so I wouldn't recommend it.
