Covered in dust, thermal paste and the motherboard had bent pins in the CPU socket that couldn't be fixed. I ended up ordering a new motherboard for $30 more on Amazon after the seller refunded me the money and didn't want the motherboard returned. Would not buy from again. SHADY!!!!

      Motherboard is defective.

      This motherboard is defective. It does not power on properly. Bios screen won't load. I tried reseating the cmos battery. Nothing. Now it won't turn on at all.
