    Packaging was fine and had no problems with shipping, but item is not what was described or listed. Listing says "1440p 100hz monitor with hdmi/dp" but in reality its 1920x1080, 75hz, and only has hdmi/vga. Listing is completely wrong and photos even show the wrong monitor from the amazon page. At least it was only £30.

    We have reached out a couple of times since you received this item and have not had a response, we were not given the opportunity to correct any mistakes before you left us negative feedback. As explained, we only posted the information we had available to us and clearly that was wrong, given the opportunity we would have liked to resolve this in a neutral manner so both parties were happy with the outcome.
