The small blue stones (I believe might be Apatite?) have some inclusions in them, and in some areas an inclusion reaches the surface, creating a surface flaw/irregularity. There are a few small dings, fleabites, nicks, scratches/scuffs, wear and imperfections etc. The gold has no large dents/major scratches that I can find -though there are some small scratches/tiny dings, dimples, nicks, wear and imperfections on the gold in some areas -as you expect to find on estate jewelry items. The gold has some patina, tarnish and discoloration in some areas as well and could use a cleaning/touch up polish in some areas (if desired).”
