It really feeds your brain. It says energy. When you're stressed, your energy levels get drained. when you take care of your brain, with the right diet, & supplements like b-12 , your energy levels change, because you're able to relax, instead of stress out. I have noticed it helps me relax, when I am feeling too nervous. It takes about 10 minutes, while it enters your bloodstream, & can feel a real difference. I give it to my teenagers 2-3 times a week as need. Spouse takes it daily, for the daily grind.
