anyone with constipation, this is it! always works. i have taken this daily for ? maybe a year already. i have to take opiods for pain and ooof they bind u up, bad! this works every time sometimes i even go twice a day! no kidding without i had to go to the ER cuz i didnt go for 10 days and was in pain! this is normal when on opiods. so please giove this a try. now u might have to play with dosage, since my issue is bad i take 3 a day but follow instructions at first and see.

    If you are looking for a product that works

    These work great! I have been using them on and off for about 6 moths or more. And will continue to use them. I take 3 in the morning and I also take with the formula #2. I will say I feel better and have more energy.

    INTESTINAL FORMULA

    This is my first time using this product and it works great. use as directed, I started off by taking two caps at late dinner and that was too strong for me. One is all it takes for me. I don't know about weight loss if that happens that's great.
