      Best customer service I've had in a long time. I started out needing a receiver for a ceiling fan. Ceiling Fan Controls walked me through what I needed. Once received and wired in it wouldn't work. So after several messages they found that my older remote worked on an older frequency so it would not work with the replacement receiver. They once again helped me out and pointed to a newer remote that was an exact match to the original. All is wired in and everything works perfectly. Thanks Guys.

      Why did I wait so long?

      Absolutely delighted to have this remote. My townhouse's ceiling fan was not working when I moved in. The owner said the electrician couldn't figure out why. It turns out it was the remote. I was able to get a Hampton Bay remote that confirmed that it was not fan that was the problem, but not all the remote's features worked. Well, it turned out it was the wrong remote. I narrowed it down to this remote as I did not have the box to the fan and had no idea what model I was looking for. But I took a chance and it worked. My landlady is delighted too. Tenant does good.

      Didn't Pair with our Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan.

      Unfortunately the remote didn't pair the Hampton Bay ceiling fan. Any recommendations would be helpful. Product on time, packaged great, no issues, just didn't work with the ceiling fan. Only rated ok, since it didn't work our ceiling fan.

      works just fine; as advertised

      No issues. Works exactly as supposed to. My original had no reverse and this one with a reverse button doesn't matter. All the other buttons operate as they should. The reverse button is of no consequence. Just be sure to set the blue DIP switches on the circuit board just in front of the battery to match the positions on your old one before you try it & decide it doesn't work. Included instructions show how to do that.

      Works well on an old fan

      Item works great on my old Hampton Bay fan with reverse and dimming. If this is an OEM Hampton remote, it's a newer version than mine. The dip switches were in reverse order compared to what I had but all functions work once you get them set. There is also a switch to enable the reverse function. There is no manual so it's a bit of trial and error but it's very straightforward. Good buy.
