Not great. The parts seem good, time will tell. Half the bolts are too long or too short to be safely used. Cost me $25 to replace them. This distributor could do nothing other than offer to have the manufacturer send more wrong bolts? Not really a solution. I feel like I should leave a negative feedback, but it’s not 100% their fault even though they are selling the product.

Overall experience was good with this seller except for 2 things.
1-Seller has up the option to make offers, however, every offer was met with an instant message of rejection. Even for 5 cents lower than the price advertised. Why enable make offer when you’re not negotiating the price?
2-Item was packaged in an envelope. A small box would have been better as the item is metal.
The item itself is great, good quality and arrive earlier than expected, shipping was fast.

The payment was received on 3/19 and the order was shipped out on 3/20 with the tracking number updated into the details page. We do offer express shipping and signature confirmation for an additional charge but you still stuck with free shipping which is a standard shipping with tracking number. The package was delivered. If you are not happy with the purchase, we do offer free returns.
