I got a response apologizing for the mix-up, and was told they would get the right item out to me. I received a return shipper URL, took the item to USPS, and before I left the post office I had an email that my credit was available. I reordered the adapter, using the credit, and BAM tracking said my items would be in the next morning! Works great!
