The product did come as new as indicated, but did not come in the cardboard that the Metal Robot Spirits come in. This seller is about the only one that could collaborate a solution for that. So after removing all the bubblewrap, I finally got to the package... a package wrapped in a beautiful clear plastic that meets the quality of factory-new. And the finishing touch? A written note that has my name written on it!!!!
