    Fairly straight forward directions, just not super detailed on the specifics. Would love something more detailed with charts for hydrometer readings. A minor downside is I had a HECK of a time getting the cap off the air lock. Elderberry wine is already in the making, just needs to be bottled and aged. I'll be trying wild frozen blue berries that have been sitting in the deep freeze since last year's camping trip. I'll also give cranberries a try as it is currently my fav red wine.

    Great starter package

    Came w all items listed. My 1st recipe called for yeast energizer which isn't part of package, had to find locally. Easy to use instructions, newby friendly. Within 2 weeks of arrival I've already got my second batch going. Will buy from supplier again, highly recommend this package.

    Wine making kit

    This would have been a 5 star rating had they added a hydrometer. By and large this is a very good wine making kit. Quality is there as is MOST necessary equipment. I CAN'T CHANGE MY REVIEW QUESTIONS. Good value, quality And I RECCOMMEND IT

    Good Wine Kit

    So far seems to be a good overall wine kit. The first batch of Concord is in the secondary. Directions in book for Concord seem good, maybe will update when done. It would be nice to have a kit with a S.G. gage but not sure how necessary it would be. The recipe in the book say to measure it but the single recipe sheet does not say anything about measuring S.G. All in all I'm satisfied.

    Great kit

    Has all the stuff I needed to get started, I really like how this was set up especially with the recipe book to give me tips and pointers It does not have a specific gravity tool though so you will need to buy your own
