After initial friendly conversations about my design and after I had submitted a drawing I was left in limbo so, concluding that they were waiting for me to pay, I paid. They then, without a word of explanation and leaving messages unanswered, cancelled the sale. Be warned and don't let them stress you and mess you about the way that they did to me.

This in not factually true. You sent a design that was impossible to work with which i told you. I am not a graphic designer. You purchased the wrong item with out gaining a quote i believe so you were able to leave negative feedback. I cancelled the transaction and sent a refund as this was the wrong price and wrong item.
