The component was defective, the screws in the lug stripped the threads in the lug upon removal. Seller requested the item destroyed, which I was not going to do for hazmat issues. I offered and requested a return and replacement of the component, no replacement possible, and requested to use ebay return, which would not work when I tried to use the return option. I then requested of seller to return the item, and no reply. left negative feedback.

I offered to fully refund the buyer several times, yet he chose not to ship the item back. I can't think of any thing else I can do. If you don't ship it back, you don't get a refund. It's pretty simple. I'm still waiting for the item to be returned.
