This product works well. After all those years manually defrosting our 11-year-old Maytag Bottom Freezer unit, we finally have a refrigerator that works properly. No need to pay hundreds for a service call or - worst of all - purchase a new fridge. If your Fresh Food compartment is too warm and your Freezer is too cold - a replacement Jazz PCB could solve your problems. One nit regarding programming instructions - I needed to press the Freezer-Down-Arrow three time fairly rapidly in order to put the board into Program Entry mode. While waiting for the part to arrive, I cleaned the compressor cooling coils, the drip tray and the exhaust fan. Unit now seems better than new.This product works well.
