Had packaging damage. Antenna was rolled up in an envelope for shipment. Looks terrible! Was told Laird ships them this way. Just straighten it out, they said. This is almost impossible to do if you want it to look perfect. I say B.S. I've purchased many Laird antenna and have never had one shipped this way. Was told to ship it back if I don't like it, but buying a replacement wire was cheaper to me. And it came in a tube like all my other ones.
