    Additional ingredient might be helping

    Alone among the anti itch roll/ons, this contains two presumably helpful chemicals and does not rely solely on lidocaine. I have been using it with good results.

    Salonpas Lidocaine Plus 4% roll on

    The effects are minimal and short-lasting for moderate to severe back pain. You can detect a slight difference for a short (30 min) amount of time. This may be a good product for minor to moderate pain. However, the patch form is available and is more effective because the medication absorbs a bit better. Thus, better relief for longer.

    Salon Pas Miracle Pain Reliever

    Back in 1997 I was first introduced to Salon Pas pain patches. Coming from someone who has had 4 surgeries on his back, 2 surgeries on 1shoulder, 1 surgery on the other shoulder & both knees operated on with one being replaced this stuff works great. Now they come out with the addition of Lidocaine to their patches, then they came out with roll on. Does this company ever stop?? I think not. If you truly want to stay away from opiate pain relievers try this product out because it WORKS!!! Keep up the good work Salon Pas
