The seller was very helpful and quick to respond with technical support. The condition was new and it it worth the price packaging was well wrapped and looked secured. The quality of the wiring is a bit fragile so its best to mount it to the monitor or case before walking away. He responded very fast and tried to help me. Once we figured out that the problem is on the display controller, he just sent me a new one, for free. The new controller arrived and works perfectly. Amazing how smooth the communication and organization went, even though we were on the other side of the globe.
