Want great color feed this koi food.
This is the first koi food that has made a difference . After 3 weeks of feeding I see a difference in reds oranges blacks . Great koi food . The only one im ever going to buy again. This is the best . Worth ever penny . Don't waste your money on any other brand .

Want Clearer Water?
I tried a bag for 3 weeks, and noticed my water got clearer. Chalked it up to filter maturing (new RDF to shower filter). Reverted to old (high quality) food when the bag of Nijikawa ran out. Within three days the water was cloudy and stayed that way until I started back on Nijikawa. As for growth, I had to cut back early on feeding this fall because the beni on a high quality kohaku was getting too stretched in one area from the growth and I did not want one area to break into two spots. Quality koi nutrition!
Highly recommend this food because it is dense, clean and fresh. Very fresh and and the fish accept it very well and beg for more. Skin and color does look better after a couple weeks of use and energy levels appear to be up. The expanded pellet technology in this food is pretty neat the way the food doesn't crumble away in the case of an over feed and the fish waste is different in the context of it actually being less, like the food is being absorbed or digested more by the koi. Finally, a koi food that delivers on its word. To early to tell how clean it will keep filtration, but from what is seen so far, the issue of filter overload from heavy summer feeding will probably be a thing of the past!
