My sewing machine I purchased - ts200q- is absolutely a joy to sew on. I have read the instructions to my new cover lock. ( took less than 30 minutes). This machine is going to be the best!!! Kens was super quick to ship and it arrived on time!! Also when I’ve purchased a machine from kens I receive a 10% coupon on my next purchase. Kens is a ten.

Refurbished? The machine I received looks like it's never been used. I also noticed before shipping that it was set up for a signature delivery which would not have worked for me. I contacted the seller and they intercepted and relabeled the shipment so it did not require signature upon delivery. I'm very pleased.
