The bearing they sent me was different to their own written description. What arrived was useless to me. When I contacted Trevor about the mistake he tried to convince me that it was the correct bearing. Even suggesting I need custom bearings instead. I just wanted what was advertised and I what payed for. It all seemed like way more effort than just changing the description of your product ad o justr saying your out of stock.

When the customer received the bearing, he asked if it was the correct one that he ordered and if it would work in a jet turbine engine operating at over 1000 Deg. I explained that this bearing will not work in a turbine engine and could damage it, you need bearings specifically designed for jet turbine engines, the bearing he purchased is designed for fidget spinners and skateboards. Our messages were very friendly and I don't know where this harsh feedback has come from.
