Received 2002 Honda Accord rear door handle damaged in shipping, but in a timely manner. The problem was the way this item was packaged. It was just in a plastic bag, so whenever it was dropped in shipping, or something heavy was tossed on it, it broke the painted corner off. Seller was more than reasonable, and quickly issued a refund when they saw the pictures of the damaged. I hope they take my feedback and package these better for future buyers. A+++++ Seller!

This seller then disputed my refund request and tried to say that I swapped the part off my car in exchange for the “new” one. I would never do that and if the seller would’ve ensured that this part was new then we wouldn’t be here. Unprofessional and ridiculous!!!!!
