I received and broken package and antenna was missing. Engaged the seller and he was prompt in communicating and responsive to my issue. It was a long process to receive and refund, but seller stayed on top of if and eventually I did receive a full refund.
the problem with shipping has now been rectified and this should not occur in the future if you buy a very long antenna.
