This item is not for an armature photographer. I like it an will learn to use it. But, definitely not for someone who is learning about photography. Also, the tripod is not strong enough to hold the unit up. If you let go of the unit it will fall over and damage both the camera and lens. For the price it's a good purchase. Thank You.
