Glad I went with Mopar brand
Very pleased with the light and harness. I've read some people end up with a harness that's too long for their truck. I installed this on a 2014 (4th gen) Ram 1500 and the wiring harness was perfect. I replaced the incandescent bulb that came with the light with a 4000K LED bulb so it would be a little brighter. Glad I did. It's perfect. One thing I will mention is that the light/harness kit did not include any fasteners. It's pretty much impossible to remove the two hood insulation fasteners without breaking them. I used standard button style 1/4 trim fasteners to secure the light fixture to the hood as well as the insulation back onto the hood and they worked fine. See pics. I would have easily given a 5-Star rating if fasteners had been included with the kit. Very pleased with the light and harness. Excellent Mopar part
Used this on my 2006 Chrysler 300c SRT8, has to extend the wires because it’s not the correct part for my car because it wasn’t an option to get the light, but I wanted a light and decided to give this a try and I’m very happy with my purchase.
